Defense Attorney: Arturo Hernandez and Danny Hernandez
Ramirez went to trial on July 22, 1988, and was convicted by a jury of 12 counts of First Degree Murder, 1 count of Second Degree Murder, 5 counts of Attempted Murder, 11 counts of Sexual Assault, and 14 counts of Burglary on September 20, 1989. Total trial length was 426 days. On November 7, 1989, he received a sentence of death.

Post Conviction InformationEdit

On August 7, 2006, the California Supreme Court upheld the conviction on appeal.

Ramirez died of cancer at Marin General Hospital in Greenbrae, California, on June 7, 2013.
